He is amongst the pioneers to promulgate the Ratchet system into automation of Punched / Stretched CRC strip for the door rubber strip manufacturers in the automotive industry by indirectly saving process time and money to the said industry.
With the experience of more than 40 years in the aligned industry, Mr Bahadur has nurtured the company towards achieving great heights with replacing the numerous Imported KD plastic child parts by indigenous In-house developments of the same and subsequently being the part of the chain for a major cost savings in foreign exchange and on the net landing price of the product .
Under Mr. Bahadur’s guidance and pragmatic approach , Katyani Plastic Udyog has become a sought after name in the injection molded plastic child parts , catering to the needs of the various automotive sector OEM’s , namely Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra, Nissan, Tata Motors etc.
Mr.Bahadur graduated from the University of Delhi and has built the Company step by step in the past years. The legacy is being continued by both his sons Mr Anurag Bahadur & Mr Samarth Bahadur.
